This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") is between 270 Digital Solutions LLC ("270 Digital Solutions," "we," "us," or "our") and the person or organization accessing software, websites, internal operations tools, applications, integrations, or related services provided by 270 Digital Solutions ("Software").
License
Subject to this Agreement, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Software for authorized business purposes. No ownership rights are transferred to you.
Authorized Use
You may use the Software only as intended and only with accounts, systems, data, and third-party services you are authorized to access. You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and protecting your credentials.
Restrictions
You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell, sublicense, interfere with, overload, misuse, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Software. You may not use the Software to violate law, third-party rights, connected-service terms, or security controls.
Third-Party Services
The Software may connect with third-party services such as QuickBooks Online, Gmail, Google Drive, Stripe, Vercel, Supabase, or other tools. Your use of those services remains subject to their separate terms, policies, fees, permissions, and availability.
Accounting and Financial Workflows
Some Software features may help prepare, review, automate, or record business information, including bookkeeping entries. You remain responsible for reviewing outputs, confirming accuracy, and obtaining professional accounting, tax, or legal advice when appropriate.
Data
You retain rights to data you provide or authorize the Software to process. You grant us the rights needed to host, process, transmit, store, and display that data to provide, secure, support, and improve the Software.
Availability and Changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Software or any feature at any time. We may also update this Agreement by posting a revised version on our website.
Disclaimer
The Software is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 270 Digital Solutions will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or substitute services.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate this Agreement, create risk, misuse the Software, or if continued access is no longer appropriate. Upon termination, you must stop using the Software.
Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
