270 Digital Solutions LLC ("270 Digital Solutions," "we," "us," or "our") owns and operates software products, websites, internal operations tools, and related digital systems. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information when you use our websites, products, or connected applications.
Information We Collect
We may collect business contact information, account information, communications, support requests, product usage information, billing records, receipts, invoices, transaction metadata, and technical data such as device, browser, log, and security information.
Connected Services
If you authorize a connected service, such as QuickBooks Online, Gmail, Google Drive, Stripe, Vercel, or Supabase, we may access and process only the information needed to provide the requested workflow. For QuickBooks Online, this may include company identifiers, chart-of-accounts data, accounting records, and transaction data needed to prepare, create, verify, or audit bookkeeping entries.
How We Use Information
We use information to operate our products and internal tools, maintain company records, process bookkeeping workflows, provide support, secure our systems, comply with legal obligations, improve services, and communicate about administrative or product matters.
OAuth Tokens and Credentials
When a service uses OAuth or a similar authorization process, we store access information only as needed to maintain the integration. Tokens and sensitive credentials are stored server-side, protected by access controls, and encrypted or managed through secure infrastructure where appropriate. We do not sell OAuth tokens or connected-service data.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us host, secure, automate, analyze, support, or operate our software. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect rights or security, or in connection with a business transaction involving 270 Digital Solutions.
Data Retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide services, maintain business and accounting records, satisfy legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Accounting and audit records may be retained for longer periods when required for business or legal reasons.
Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No internet or electronic storage system is perfectly secure, but we work to limit access and reduce risk.
Your Choices
You may request access, correction, deletion, or disconnection of information where applicable. Connected services may also provide their own controls for revoking application access.
